Hello family and friends,We haven't updated the blog since April! I finally succumbed to the increasingly demanding requests to update it. And I must say, I need to stay on top of it better. I think we have nearly 10 videos we want to post from the last several months.
Meera and Emma are almost 1 year (their birthday is on Aug 10th) and are growing like little sprouts. Emma is crawling everywhere using the commando crawl. She loves to crawl to the bookshelf, pull all the books off, and flip through each one. Meera is just too happy where she is to motivate herself to move much. She can do a 360, but that is about it. Though it seems as though she is on the cusp of a big change. They both have new teeth; Emma has six and Meera has five. They love meal times, especially when they have fingerfoods. We are taking summer swim classes at the local community center. They both love it; they kick, splash and squeal in the water. Aidan and Lowell (the twins down the block) are taking the classes with us - that makes three sets of twins in the class.
Our big news is that Erick is now Dr. Erick! His first week of residency went well (he didn't get fired, yet). He is thrilled to be done with med school (after 5 years) and to actually start working.
